Navitas Awarded a multi-cloud Security Engineering Services (MCES) contract by the Department of Homeland Security U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
Navitas Business Consulting Inc. was awarded a multi-cloud Security Engineering Services (MCES) contract by the Department of Homeland Security U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on behalf of the USCIS Office of Information Technology (OIT) Chief Information Officer (CIO) to provide a multi-cloud strategy including guidelines, standards and governance for development, delivery, and operations across multiple clouds. Navitas will provide technical expertise, reusable security patterns, best practices and implementation of designs, architectures, and frameworks for multiple clouds and will establish processes and develop resources to evaluate, assess, integrate, and secure a multi-cloud service platform that is compliant with federal and DHS standards by supporting the use of lean management and agile-based iterative processes. Navitas will help in developing governance processes and procedures to ensure that USCIS mission critical workloads are provided with the best technical capabilities and managed through a single set of tools and platforms and secured with a common set of automated controls. This allows transparent governance, procedures, and processes for USCIS’s hybrid cloud environment and ensures existing agency investments in technology, people, and resources.
